Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lead Hunterz website (lead-hunterz.com) and services, operated by Lead Hunterz Marketing Management FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Lead Hunterz provides custom, verified B2B lead lists for companies in the crypto and Web3 industry. Lists are built from scratch based on the criteria you provide via our intake form, and delivered as Google Sheets (or CSV upon request) within the timeframe specified for your chosen plan.

2. Plans & Pricing

We offer the following plans:

• Free Sample: 50 verified leads, 1 vertical — $0
• Standard: 250 verified leads, 1 vertical — $179
• Premium: 500 verified leads, 3 verticals — $299
• Scale: 1,000 verified leads, unlimited verticals — $499

All prices are in USD. Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Pricing is subject to change; the price at the time of your order applies.

3. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor
• Payment is required before list delivery (except for the free sample tier)
• We do not store your payment card details — all payment data is handled by our payment processor

4. Order Process & Delivery

• After payment, you will receive an intake form to specify your target criteria (vertical, titles, company size, geography)
• Delivery timelines are estimates: Free Sample 24-48h, Standard 48-72h, Premium 24-48h, Custom scoped per order
• Lists are delivered via shared Google Sheet or email attachment
• We will notify you via email once your list is ready

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom data products, we do not offer monetary refunds once a list has been delivered. However:

• If the delivered list has an email bounce rate exceeding 10%, we will replace the bounced contacts at no additional cost
• Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• If we are unable to deliver your order within 7 days of the estimated timeline, you may request a full refund

6. Acceptable Use

By purchasing and using our lead lists, you agree to:

• Use the data in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, UAE Federal Law on Data Protection, and any local regulations
• Not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the lead lists or any portion of the data
• Not use the data for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Take responsibility for your own email outreach and ensure compliance with anti-spam laws

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we verify every email before delivery and aim for less than 5% bounce rate, B2B contact data changes frequently. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, deliverability, or response rates. The lead data is provided "as is" and represents a snapshot at the time of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lead Hunterz website — including text, design, code, logos, and graphics — is the property of Lead Hunterz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website without prior written consent.

Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased lead data for your own internal business purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lead Hunterz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or data
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question
• We are not responsible for the outcomes of your outreach campaigns, including response rates, conversions, or any actions taken by the leads on your list

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Hunterz, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to our services at our sole discretion, including if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or using our services for unlawful purposes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers via email.
