1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Lead Hunterz (“Lead Hunterz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a lead generation agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a registered address at IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Lead Hunterz provides lead generation services, including: Designing and managing email outreach campaigns, sourcing and qualifying sales leads, writing personalized outreach messages, automating and optimizing digital outreach campaigns and scheduling sales meetings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lead Hunterz’s services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4.Retainer Fee

A retainer fee is required upfront for all engagements. Specific fee details are outlined in our service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and approvals required to successfully execute our services, including:

Accurate details about their company and objectives.
Timely feedback on campaigns.
Attendance at scheduled sales meetings.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the service period, including business strategies, customer data, and technical setups. This obligation extends beyond termination of the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Clients are solely responsible for storing and maintaining any data generated from our services. Lead Hunterz does not provide long-term data storage or backups.

8. Qualified Lead Guarantee

Lead Hunterz ensures each sales meeting involves a prospect matching the Client’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP). If a lead fails to meet the ICP or shows no interest in the Client’s services, the meeting will not be paid for.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lead Hunterz will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Lead Hunterz from any claims, actions, or damages resulting from their misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding deliverables and payments will be reconciled.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of the UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

Lead Hunterz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
